JOB TITLE:                          Lead Practitioner – Literacy & Language

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking to recruit a lead practitioner.  You will be a teacher who can demonstrate excellence in teaching and whose primary purpose is to model and lead improvement of teaching skills.  You will contribute to the formulation of the curriculum aims and policies under the leadership of the Deputy Principal.  Working alongside the Deputy Principal and Assistant Headteacher to ensure that they are translated into action in the classroom.   You will Secure continuous improvement leading to transformation in the teaching and learning, raising standards and producing the highest levels of student achievement
