Wellbeing sessions

May 5, 2026

Last week our students enjoyed another house event with the focus being wellbeing. All sessions were  designed to support students in developing healthy habits, building confidence, and taking time to recharge.

Throughout the morning, students took part in a range of engaging sessions focused on different aspects of wellbeing. These included physical wellbeing activities, animal care, meditation and mindfulness, hair and beauty, and opportunities for rest and relaxation.

Each session was carefully planned to encourage students to look after both their physical and mental health, while also exploring new interests in a supportive and positive environment.

This event was a fantastic opportunity for students to step away from their usual routine, try something new, and reflect on ways to maintain their wellbeing in everyday life.

It was a wonderfully calm, enjoyable, and inspiring experience for all involved.
