Band 3, actual salary ranging £34,816 - £38,280 (pro rata for part-time).

Dawn House School are seeking an Admin and Reception Assistant who will be the first point of contact for general enquiries.  You will be required to provide a warm, professional and efficient reception and administration service.  Including greeting visitors to the school.  You will provide strong administrative support to the school, undertaking a range of general clerical duties and administration duties.  Experience using a computer package such as work and excel is essential.

 

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be organised and able to remain calm in a busy environment.  The successful candidate will be a team player with a proactive approach to work.

Cleaner

 

We are looking to recruit a cleaner working between 12 – 15 hours per week.  Term Time only.

Salary £12 per hour

 

Working pattern based on 15 hours per week, either 6am – 9am or afternoon 3pm – 6pm.

 

Working within the cleaning team you would provide the best possible educational environment for pupils, staff and visitors.  To ensure the cleanliness of the school is maintained to the highest standards possible.  You will need experience of both general and deep cleaning within a school or professional environment.
