Photography aims to engage pupils using the broad range compositional and ICT based skills to promote communication, life skills and confidence. The curriculum content support pupils to develop a voice through the photography using an individualised approach which is differentiated to each learner’s needs. Off-site on location opportunities support pupils to communicate in different ways with different audiences through ultimately exhibitions of their work in school and off-site, links to enterprise will also give them various life/basic skills opportunities.
