February is LGBTQ+ History Month- an annual month-long observance of the history of the gay rights and related civil rights movments.  It was founded in 1994 by Missouri High-school teacher Rodney Wilson, and aims to provide insight and eduction into the issues that the LGBTQ+ community face.
